Marty is the owner of Barefoot Realty Group and President of Florida  Community Services Group, the parent company. In addition to working with clients on new homes and assisting residents with their real estate needs, Marty is a noted speaker on topics relating to real estate, manufactured housing and commercial property. He holds active Florida licenses as a Real Estate Broker, Manufactured Home Dealer, Community Association Manager and Notary Public.

Bill Ignatuk worked as a successful real estate agent in Indiana before retiring to Florida. He is a licensed Florida Realtor® and brings his 35 years of real estate experience to selling homes in Orange Harbor. Under Barefoot Realty's dealer's license, he also sells new manufactured homes.

Charity is co-owner of Barefoot Realty Group and is Vice President of Florida Community Services Group, the parent company. After a career in publishing, she transitioned to real estate 15 years ago. She holds a Master's Degree in Communications from the University of Denver. Under Barefoot Realty's dealer's license, she also sells new homes.  She holds active Florida licenses as a Realtor®, Community Association Manager and Notary Public.

Tracy lives in Orange Harbor and enjoys the many water related activities the community offers. She is a licensed Florida Realtor® and sells both real property and homes only under Barefoot Realty's dealer's license.  Tracy is a retired educator and her patience and attention to detail makes buyers and sellers feel at ease. She enjoys helping people with their home buying and selling needs!

Tracy is used to a fast-paced environment and brings her attention to detail to residential real estate. Before becoming a Florida Realtor®, Tracy worked for an investment broker for 10 years and managed an American Legion in Grand Rapids, OH for 18 years. She lives at Orange Harbor and has encouraged her family to move in as well! Her parents, sister and brother-in-law live in the community, too. Under Barefoot Realty's dealer's license, she sells new manufactured homes.
 

Joanne hails from Michigan but became a resident of Orange Harbor in 2011. Before obtaining her real estate license, Joanne had a 45-year career in banking then after retiring worked for the Michigan Healthcare Association managing the member database and organizing events. She also was an Orange Harbor Co-op board member for six years. Under Barefoot Realty's dealer's license, Joanne also sells new manufactured homes.
