Our History: We were hired by the Orange Harbor Board of Directors in 2013 to assist residents with their home buying and selling needs. We serve the residents of the community. We also support the community through office rent, newsletter advertising and donations for various community and club events.

• Full Service: We are a full-service real estate company and manufactured home dealer. We sell new homes, shares only and assist residents with the sale of their homes, whether real property or the home only. We understand cooperatives and the difference between a home only sale and real estate.

• Marketing: According to the National Association of Realtors, 98 percent of home buyers shop on the Internet first for homes, then contact a Realtor®. Our internet marketing program ensures that our listings--both real property and homes only--are shown on all major real estate sites including Zillow, Homes.com, realtor.com, and Trulia.com. We created and maintain a dedicated website that is updated daily showcasing properties for sale at orangeharborhomes.com. We advertise on Facebook, Google, MHVillage and the NYMLS, which allows non-real property to be advertised, to ensure that properties are constantly in front of potential buyers. Few real estate companies make this extra effort!

• Walk-in Traffic: We handle the walk-in traffic that comes to the community. We see on average 20 to 30 people per month, depending on season, at the sales office and field phone and e-mail inquiries. We have three salespeople who live in the community and take appointments including nights and weekends--whenever it’s convenient for buyers and sellers.

• Our Sales Team: Realtors Tracy Bostelman, Tracy Chambers and Joanne Lose live in Orange Harbor and are your neighbors. All of the agents are licensed Florida Realtors and are members of the local, state and national Realtor organizations.
